WORKS
-
A modular project made out of steel, aluminium and cumaru wood. Located in the Tapajós National Forest, state of Pará, Brazil.
-
This project aims to humanize psychological treatment by combining warmth, accessibility, and efficiency for all ages. The design includes functional access, dedicated spaces for care and staff, and connects two main blocks with gardens and a reflecting pool for comfort. Surrounded by rich vegetation and new public spaces, the project benefits both the community and its users, promoting a welcoming and healing environment.
-
The project improves visitor flow and creates a seamless connection with the adjacent park, featuring new accessible entrances and exits. Social areas maximize natural light, while discreet service access ensures operational efficiency. Native landscaping, open areas, and a direct connection to the park foster integration with nature. The annex respects existing building levels and remains lower than the historic museum, preserving its prominence. Strategic stairs and walkways ensure accessibility, and sustainable materials—glass blocks, metal, and controlled concrete—reduce environmental impact while enhancing energy efficiency.
